Junior Sales Operations Intern – Manassas, VA (US)

RangeForce is a cutting-edge cyber security company. We have an amazing opportunity for a Junior Sales Operations Intern to play an important part in the continued success and growth of RangeForce and assist in our journey to become the global standard in Cyber Security training.

The Junior Sales Operations Intern is vital to the RangeForce team. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize, and support a high sales volume while maintaining an exceptional level of detail.

This role has a wide range of duties, such as customer verification, order review, order validation, minimal data entry, and initiation of the procurement process.

Responsibilities

  • Careful review of submitted orders by sales representatives for completeness and accuracy
  • Completing and updating opportunity records in Salesforce
  • Engaging the Finance team to collect funds for orders
  • Initiating the procurement process with the Customer Success team


Required Skills & Experience

  • The individual must have strong attention to detail, a self-starter, and a team player.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or order processing is preferred but not required. A desire to learn and grow with a developing and growing team is critical.
  • Currently enrolled in higher education/Degree required.

  • Hourly Wage: $15.00
    Hours per week: up to 20/25
