Support Services

  • You can contact us at any time by emailing support@rangeforce.com or by calling 1.877.716.4342 between the hours of noon and 8 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday.
  • Once your request has been received, you’ll receive an immediate response and a support ticket number. A member of our support team will be reaching out to assist you.
  • Please note that RangeForce will email and notify customers at least five days prior to any planned service outages or downtime.

Getting Started

When you sign on with RangeForce, our customer success team will partner with you to begin outlining your success plan. Within the first few days, we’ll meet together to review the platform and form a clear path to begin upskilling your cybersecurity team.

Work with us to develop custom training plans and learning paths, standardize employee evaluation and upskilling, and execute successful team exercises. With regular check-ins, we’ll ensure you’re positioned to deliver results for your team.

After creating your RangeForce account, an email from notification@rangeforce.com will be sent to you to verify your email address. If the email has not arrived, please check your spam folder and security services that might quarantine unknown messages. If you still cannot find your invitation, reach out to support@rangeforce.com and we can assist you with alternative verification methods.

Every RangeForce module includes a feedback tab which you can use to rate and review our courses. The RangeForce team reviews this feedback in near real-time. Our goal is to create the very best cybersecurity training platform on the market, and your feedback is critical to ensuring the success of our learners. We also encourage you to send any additional feedback or suggestions to support@rangeforce.com.

Nothing at all! RangeForce training modules are browser-based. All you’ll need is a modern browser, sufficient bandwidth, and a desire to learn new skills and concepts.

To access training, you must be part of an active training plan. If you do not see any training content on your dashboard, contact your program administrator to verify that you were added to your organization’s training plan. If you do not have a program administrator and use an individual RangeForce license, contact support@rangeforce.com for assistance.

You can make a certificate request by completing submitting the request form at https://certifications.rangeforce.com.
