Why didn’t I receive my RangeForce invitation email?
Please check your spam folder, and security services that might quarantine unknown messages, for an email from email@example.com. If you still cannot find your invitation, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know that your invitation has not arrived and we'll resend it to you.
How do I complete the email verification step the platform says I must complete?
After creating your RangeForce account, an email from email@example.com will be sent to you to verify your email address. If the email has not arrived, please check your spam folder and security services that might quarantine unknown messages. If you still cannot find your invitation, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist you with alternative verification methods.
How do I provide feedback about the training in RangeForce?
Every RangeForce module includes a feedback tab which you can use to rate and review our courses. The RangeForce team reviews this feedback in near real-time. Our goal is to create the very best cybersecurity training platform on the market, and your feedback is critical to ensuring the success of our learners. We also encourage you to send any additional feedback or suggestions to email@example.com.
What do I need to install before I start using RangeForce?
Nothing at all! RangeForce training modules are browser-based. All you’ll need is a modern browser, sufficient bandwidth, and a desire to learn new skills and concepts.
Why don’t I see any training content in the platform?
To access training, you must be part of an active training plan. If you do not see any training content on your dashboard, contact your program administrator to verify that you were added to your organization’s training plan. If you do not have a program administrator and use an individual RangeForce license, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Where can I request a certificate for continuing professional education (CPE) credits for modules I have completed?
You can make a certificate request by completing submitting the request form at https://certifications.rangeforce.com.
